This one leaves your device. Your recording is uploaded to Mistral and stored there (their record says about 30 days) so the voice can be generated. It is private to your account — nobody else can use it, and you cannot use anyone else's. Everything else in this app stays on your phone. Delete the voice any time and it goes from Mistral too.
